How does the ordering process work for dealers and contractors?
The process begins with a consultation to review your project needs, plans, and timelines. We provide detailed quotes and shop drawings, then work with you through submittals and approvals. Once finalized, we manufacture your order in our Florida facility and coordinate white-glove delivery to meet your project schedule.
Do you design the cabinets?
Your plans come from you or your designer. Our engineering team then works with you to enhance and perfect the design and turn it into detailed, build-ready drawings.
How do you keep projects consistent from order to order?
Our cabinetry is built in the USA by skilled craftsmen using high-quality materials, with established, repeatable manufacturing and quality control processes that ensure each project meets your standards.
Will I receive shop drawings before production?
Yes. During the Approval & Submittals step we prepare and submit detailed shop drawings and material samples for your project approvals, and nothing is built until you sign off.
Do you support installation?
Your dealer, builder, or contractor handles installation, and we support them with detailed installation instructions and comprehensive support throughout the process. For large or complex projects, we can also assist with site visits or connect you with qualified installers as needed.
How are finished orders delivered?
Each order is securely packaged and clearly labeled by cabinet number and job name for easy installation. We deliver to customers across Florida and the Southeast, East Coast, and Midwest.
